This will be the last time I act all smug because I called the path of this story months back, because the more I thought about how this went, the more I realised that if even my dumb ass could see this path ahead; then maybe the Moro arc hasn’t been a tale worth telling. Although I’m not sure that’s an assessment I can feel good about until it’s over and done with.

Is there a best way to consume Anime? – Binge vs. Episodic
I’ve been watching a lot of anime these past few weeks. Some of it out of pure enjoyment, some out of the tense obligation I’ve created for myself to write a series in which I review three episodes of a new anime and decide whether I want to continue it or not. During this time, I’ve found myself jumping onto my favourite series as soon as an episode comes out, catching them once a week.
While other shows have been ones I’ve just watched back to back to back. Doing all of this, I’ve noticed that how I respond to an anime does seem to be impacted by how I consume it. In fact, there have been some shows I’ve really loved this year that I’m not sure I would have felt the same way about had I not binged a ton of it beforehand before catching up.
So it begs the question, is there a “better” way to watch anime?

Dragon Ball Super Manga – Chapter 62: Edge of Defeat
Did I mention that really don’t like Moro’s new design. I read someone complaining about him a while back, saying that as he got younger, he got less interesting looking. Well, none of us were expecting him to absorb Seven Three and turn into yet one more major Dragon Ball antagonist who looks like Perfect Cell, but we should all honestly be slapping ourselves on the forehead about that at this point.
