Tower of God – Episode 5: The Crown’s Fate

Tower of God is good at doing one thing in particualr; intriguing you to want to know more.

In my last episode review, I spent a decent amount of time making half serious complaints about how much lore and new concepts the show was throwing in our direction without fully explaining itself. Ultimately, this didn’t really matter, because the thrust of the story is about Bam. And that’s still interesting.

Tower of God – Episode 4: The Green April

I wasn’t originally intending to do episodic reviews of any shows this season, but what with My Hero Academia over, I needed something new to occupy this slot, or I would when I used to have more structure to my weekly uploads. These day I’m just chucking stuff up whenever. I mean, you’re getting a Saturday upload this week. It’s outa control!

Today, I’m going to talk a little more in depth about episode 4 of pretty much the only new seasonal anime still airring, and pull my hair out as I keep asking I’m not sure are meant to be asked of Tower of God.

Dragon Ball Super Manga – Chapter 59: Activate Ultra Instinct Sign

This entire chapter pretty solely covers the beginning of the battle between Goku and Moro. After the last part, we learned that Goku could now activate the black haired version of Ultra Instinct, now called Sign, at will. The questions left were whether the form retained its weaknesses established in the anime, or if the manga would change it slightly like it did so many things during its interpretation of the Tournament of Power story arc.
