Starring a prepubescent looking fox girl, who is constantly reassuring the audience that she is well over 800 years old, show up to “pamper” some adult man really hits home where all those FBI memes come from.

Demon Slayer: Episode 8 – “The Smell of Enchanting Blood” Review

We’ve met the villain, and he escapes with relative ease. I’m still wondering what kind of villain we’re going to get out of this guy. I’m seeing more of a misunderstood monster vibe from him than the child eater kind of antagonist, but maybe I’m just a sucker for a pretty face.

Demon Slayer – Episode 7: “Muzan Kibutsuji” Review

I know I said this show was going fast, but my ingrained expectation for Shonen to take hundreds of episodes to get anywhere is still getting the better of me here. Because in episode 7 Tanjiro comes face to face with the demon he’s been looking for, much to my shock.
