I’ll make this one quick because I just got home from work and need some sleep. there are some games throughout the year that, while they might not have blown me away, they linger with me. They’re the kind of game I can’t help but go back to over and over again, even if it’s only to play it for a few minutes. That kind of sums up why this entry made it onto my list.

Wooderon’s Favourite Video Games of 2020 – #7

And so we arrive at the annual tradition that is Destiny showing up on my game of the year list. I mean, it wouldn’t be one of these if I didn’t talk about it at some point would it. I know I’m usually, at least a little coy about what game I’m talking about in these opening paragraphs, but let’s not beat around the bush. You all knew it was coming.

Wooderon’s Favourite Video Games of 2020 – #8

I did play a fair few indie games this year, and while there were some fun ones in the mix, such as West of Dead and the latest Shante game, none of them really left too strong an impression on me, this game was the sole exception, something I couldn’t help but have at the back of my mind for months after finishing it. The more I think about the games I didn’t play this year, the more I wonder how many little gems like this one I ended up missing out on.
