My version of a review section, except generally nowhere near that structured. Sometimes I’ll just pick out a single talking point from a movie or game rather than a full review. It’s generally my reactionary take on recent media.
Things are going poorly for pretty much everyone right off the bat in this second part. Endorsi being forced to kill Anak, and the team above ground getting overwhelmed by the goblins. All while Bam is non the wiser stuck under the water. In this strictly regulated and highly controlled test environment, what could possibly tip the scales in our heroes favour.

There are certain video games that feel familiar, ones that coming back to is like putting on a well worn shoe. While Shantae and the Seven Sirens is only the fifth game in the series, and the third one to come out on home consoles, there is something about its approach, its gameplay that makes it feel like a game you’ve already played a hundred times before.
Whether that’s a good thing or not is completely up to your own interpretation.

It wouldn’t be a true final test for the series if it didn’t contain an overly complex, near impossible to follow situation. One which is in actuality a smokescreen for some other nefarious undertaking going on underneath the surface. That’s the series I’ve come to know and love and why would I expect anything else.
