My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission was a lot of fun; here’s me nit-picking it to death

Me seeing this movie came as something of a surprise to even me. I never really had any intention of searching it out, mostly because I’m predisposed to not expect anime movies to come out near me. It was only when looking for something else that I noticed there were a few screenings of this My Hero Academia movie near me. I guess it’s just a sign of the times changing considering how empty this screening was compared to Demon Slayer earlier this year and how difficult finding a screening of the Broly movie was for me before that.

My Hero Academia: Season 5 – I’ve gone and become the “read the manga guy”

It was going to happen to me eventually. I had been staving off doing it for the past few years. But after the conclusion of The Joint Training arc I finally broke down, subscribed to Viz.com and started reading the My Hero Academia Manga from the very beginning. Having totally caught up now, it goes without saying that having that in my mind is going to colour my feelings and enthusiasm for the anime in same shape or form.

2021 Spring Anime Season Roundup

Was this a good anime season? I feel like I lagged behind pretty much the whole thing and had to go back to catch up on pretty much everything after the fact. Although maybe that was more of a case of me not having enough time to do pretty much anything these days. All in all, I feel like I still got a fair bit of anime watching in there.
