Wooderon’s favourite Video Games of 2019 – #7

There was a lot of drama surrounding the release of today’s game. Totally unnecessary drama too if you ask me. A whole bunch of swinging egos and misadventures of the people at the top of the development team that were worthy of a farcical comedy sitcom.

A situation that made me really worry about how this game would eventually turn out. It’s just one example of many this year where the big name at the top of the company is not the be all and end all of the process when making games. There are a huge number of hard working devs between them and the game that don’t have anything to do with the CEO’s insane antics. This is of course until this equally insane community needs someone to target for their misplaced anger.

Wooderon’s Favourite Anime of 2019 – #7

This is the week I’ve been dreading, I’m doing the seven days leading up to Christmas at work back to back. I just need to hope my prep work was enough that I can keep getting these uploads done in a timely manner.

All I really left myself to do on the day is write these little intros, and I’m already struggling with that. So Apologies if the next few days are bearly eyed nonsense. Today’s anime however is a show that kicks you in the teeth if you even think about bieng tired for it, so let’s just get into it.

Wooderon’s favourite Video Games of 2019 – #8

It occurs to me that I wrote an entire preface to this year’s end of year post series, and then in all the rush of my stupid working schedule, I ended up forgetting to post it. For the most part it was me talking about how I’ve seen basically no new movies this year and how my gaming habits have changed once again.

Today’s game is a little more old school in the regard that it’s not an online, it’s not a live game. Instead it’s a narrative driven action game that bears more than a few telltale marks that makes it very recognisable as coming from the developer it comes from. Which is always nice, there is only so much room for live games in my life.
