These four episodes of the Clone War’s final season almost seemed like they could have been bundled up and repackaged as their own little movie. For the most part, this seemed like a story unfamiliar to the majority of how Clone Wars operated, as that focused mainly on being an anthology.

After six years of fans wondering what happened to Ahsoka shortly following the events of her departure from the Jedi Order, this story reveals how she started to make her first steps into a life beyond the cult.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars Revisited – Part 48: The Bad Batch Pilot Episode

We’re on the final stretch now. The final season of Clone Wars and the one that came back after the long hiatus. And it’s immediately obvious the time did wonders for the visuals of the series. Everything looks like it’s been built from the ground up, including the character models which all look fantastic.

And we start this season with one of the two things I’ve found I enjoy the most throughout the Clone Wars: A clone episode.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars Revisited – Part 46: The Redemption of Jar Jar Binks

I guess the rehabilitation of Jar Jar Binks continues, although the setup for this one seems a little more tenuous than the Gungan’s previous outings. At this point, Jar Jar feels more natural to the series to me than the sore thumb he seemed to be in the earlier parts of the series and the movies. But giving him a love interest of such status and intelligence seems a little bit of s stretch to me.

If anything seeing how Jar Jar and Queen Julia first met and she ended up falling for him would be a more intriguing story I fear we’re never going to see. Because how?
