Star Wars: The Clone Wars Revisited – Part 18: The Adventures of Blue George Lucas

Season 3 seems to be the part of the series where the writers began to get more creative with the continuity of their series, as they started to tell belated sequels and prequels to episodes from earlier in the show. The episodes I’m covering here both connecting to episodes from the first season. One showing the return of Fives and Echo, while the other coming back to the blue skinned race of Pantorans, who are unfortunately not the Chiss.

Star Wars :The Clone Wars Revisited – Part 14: Just Deserts & Sticky Fingers

When I started the first of these three episodes, I had the bad feeling that this batch might be a bad one. As it turns out though, the trio was just a slow starter. The episodes just getting better as they went along. And the more I watch this series, the more I realise that the series’s original characters are far more compelling to me than the already established ones. Which kind of makes sense if you think about it, but hey, let’s actually get into the episodes before I really go off on one.

I feel like I split these parts up the wrong way. I had much more to say about these three episodes than I did the first two parts of this five part story line. I’m not going to ramble on too much more here because I feel like this post itself is going to end up being a long one.
