After the previous couple of episodes, during which we got some pretty staggering revelations in regards to the wider Star Wars universe, this trio of episodes goes back to familiar territory for the series. Star Wars: The Clone Wars Revisited – Part 22: Time to explain that whole ‘Chosen One’ thing

I have a distinct memory of watching these episodes out of context with the rest of the series back when they came out. So much so that they activated another memory in my brain of a piece of fan fiction I wrote about some video game I was playing at the time directly inspired by the events of these episodes.

There’s a slim chance I could find those incredibly plagiarising writings, but I think it’s better if I not bother. For I feel the amount of cringing I would do would cause me to turn into a singularity and consume the Earth. And none of us want that.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars Revisited – Part 21: The Origin/Tragedy of Asajj Ventress/Savage Opress

Upon rewatching these episodes, I have a distinct memory of having seen them once before. Although most of the details of them had been lost to time and my bad memory. I think it was around a time where a friend of mine encouraged me to watch them as this was the part of the series where it “got good”, although upon this revisitation I feel like it’s been pretty good right from the beginning.

This is certainly a collection of episodes that acts as a major turning point in the series and a shift in the dynamic of power between a number of our character’s villains.
